Mel, No... Black Jesus, Yes

I still have yet to see The Passion of the Christ, I have done this in protest to the Vatican I Jesus it portrays as well as the obscene violence it portrays. Not to mention the obscene amounts of attention given to it be Conservative America in an attempt to save the masses. I will check out the new film previewing at the Sundance Film Festival tommorrow. It portrays Jesus, not as a blue eyed white guy but as an African man, marginalized by an outside oppressor, while speaking a prophetic message of equality and peace.
